A vintage ceramic haven - L'Gazette Dumaguete

Along EJ Blanco road in Dumaguete, you'll find this nice little place called L'Gazette Dumaguete, which is a beautiful house turned into a ceramic shop. Inside is a wide array of ceramic finds, mostly vintage – tea towels, lamps, carpets, plates, bowls, cups, cuttlery and more, displayed in vntage furniture and stlyed with wonderful flowers.

I visited in the afternoon and the place catches great light in some areas of the house. I couldn't resist those patches of light that fall on the chairs; the sunshine that makes you feel warm and fuzzy just by looking at it.

You can also grab a bit because they also serve coffee, snacks and light meals. They have seating inside and outside. I loved taking photos of everything! (as you will see that I posted plenty of photos here).  I got a few small pieces of decorative mini saucers, which I plan to use in mixing watercolor paints when I'm painting.

I'm glad we have a nice place like this in Dumaguete!

South Beach Sunshine

Going back to this beach in the south. These vibes taking me back many years ago, doing this same thing, finding sunshine in laid back places like Dauin or Bacong.
