First look at Lipaymundo Co.

Dumaguete's first zero-waste shop opened recently last 27th July, located inside Gabby's B&B.
The shop has some interesting items to help you start (if you haven't yet) in your zero-waste journey.

I think it's a great start to spreading awareness. Switching is not easy but we can all choose our own little ways of contributing less trash in the world. Baby steps are appreciated.

For those unable to visit yet, here's a peek at some items that might interest you.

They open Tue-Sun 8:30am to 8:30 pm

Celebrate with Khloe and Arthur

Highlights from a joint birthday celebration
Khloe turns 5 / Arthur turns 1

Here's something you don't see very often. I loved this idea of a party! There were Filipino traditional toys, a sari-sari store desert corner, native hats, bags and giveaways. People have mostly forgotten to use and pass on to the kids these things that make us Filipino and it's just nice that it gets this kind of appreciation especially in a party. Wonderful job by team PP and mommy Kris MV.

White on neutral

A recent addition to my calligraphy projects are these super cute and tiny hair brushes. They will be given as party favors to a little girl's birthday party.

I've always loved neutrals and this is the first time I'm using white on light wood color. It's great and looks better than black, in my opinion.

Simple and homey, Finbar

This place has been around for a while, located along Dauin National road just a little past poblacion.

I like that it makes creative use of things we usually ignore laying around, and that it looks like the front yard of a house converted into a small place to eat, have coffee or beer. They have a lot of spots that catch your eye which are great for the 'gram! 😉

Food is also affordable and good, had Mt Apo coffee, pizza and fries shared with a friend which didn't leave a hole in my pocket. Great place to try!
