Tribu K'Mindanawan, Davao

During my visit to Davao, we stopped by and explored this village called Tribu K'Mindanawan. I love the cultural elements of the village that really showed how the natives of Mindanao lived. Mindanao, by the way, is a major region of the Philippine archipelago situated at the south. It was like an outdoor museum. There weren't a lot of people during our visit. I did appreciate everything i saw there because that was the first time i'd set foot in Mindanao and it really made me feel that i got to visit a new place.

They have a restaurant which also has a native feel to it. Pillows as seats and tables made of bamboo along with a lot of other intricate details. Outside the village are some shops that sell souvenir items like bracelets, necklaces, clay jars and others.

  1. Wow. Are these taken in film? The contrasts are so sharp! Okay, this might sound repetitive now, but I want to go everywhere you're going, haha. You make them look so beautiful. :)

    1. Oh, the same thing i can say to you! Thanks! And unfortunately these weren't shot with film, i just used photoshop to achieve the film-like appearance.
